The customized online discussion forum system provided by Mind-Alliance for CSIS' second Trusted Information Network or "TIN-2" project enabled a team of experts from around the world to engage in collaborative discussion and analysis of terrorism and crime in Southeast Asia.The project successfully demonstrated how non-governmental experts can, by sharing open source information and by engaging in analytical discussion online, produce valuable intelligence insights.
