Mind-Alliance provides training, consulting, and support services to help clients successfully implement our software solutions. We work closely with clients to understand what drives and impedes communication flow and to analyze information exchange requirements from regulatory, technical and social-dynamics perspectives.
After modeling and contrasting current versus desired communication flow, we can produce custom reports and visualizations that highlight risk and improvement opportunities. We also can help define measures of performance and assess achievement relative to the goals of the program. In this way, we help organizations transition from a state where they assume that information sharing and communication does or will occur as needed, to one where information sharing capability is proactively managed for results.
In this way, Mind-Alliance serves management by providing a strategic framework for:
- Organizing the logic of inter- and intra-organizational communication
- Detecting and resolving communication gaps
- Managing accountability for the resolution of gaps and other issues
- Making risk-based decisions about allocating limited resources to fixing gaps
- Measuring performance and capability improvement over time

Testimonials
Not long before the Mind Alliance pilot program began, we participated in the TOPOFF-3 exercise which involved a plague scenario. We walked away from that exercise with the mindset that we had effectively shared information across domains. Once exposed to the Mind Alliance methodology, however, we discovered gaps and bottlenecks in the flow of information.
